As sole managing director (m/f), you will be responsible for results and will lead the branch and the marketing staff active there. Besides looking after existing customers your main tasks also include gaining new customers and the continuous improvement of the processes and procedures for the improvement of profitability. You will receive support from central units in all questions of marketing and commercial development, such that you will be able to work with great entrepreneurial freedom, in both a market- oriented and a customer-oriented way. A successful management of the company offers the prospect of a holding in the company.

You are a professional in sales in marketing with basic commercial training and verifiable success in increasing sales and performance, ideally from branches which involve consumer goods or raw materials with an international orientation. You have successfully led sales and distribution teams and are accustomed to setting challenging goals for yourself and forcing them through. We require a high measure of customer-orientation accompanied by an appealing, convincing style of communication. After some years you are now looking for an entrepreneurial task with room for manoeuvre.
